I have been using the premium for decades. This year, I filled an 1120 S. I was very disappointed in the interface and user friendly less. The biggest disappointment overall is the business version does not bridge from the previous premium version. I had to start all over. I did not like any part of the business version. I will be seeking other options next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software is glitchy. I have used it for many years and the last 3-4 years you have to constantly shut-down/restart it to get parts to work. Online and phone help desks are useless for this problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It is rather awkward that there are two parts to the software and depending on which type of business organization you have you use one or the other. In my case (singe apartment LLC) I use the personal not the business part of the software to do the taxes. I find it's not as polished it's competitors but it gets the job done and for less.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

The personal return is fine, but the business returns are sorely lacking in completeness. Instead of giving us a guided tax preparation, most of the business returns amount to merely filling out the forms on our own rather than being guided by the software. The business tax return software is frustrating and not very user friendly.

I bought this 3 months ago. When I went to use the Business portion of the program it wouldn't open i have had this issue in the past and spent about 20 hours trying to get it fixed. I DO NOT want to go thru this again. I am just giving up on using that portion and will NOT purchase it again.
