The different user interfaces between the personal version and the business vesion makes it confusing to use. In addition, the difference order of acquisition date/sale date and acquisition price/sale price also makes it confusing.

I liked the value of the software, and that I was able to import from Turbo tax, but didn't like having my phone number sold to tax debt help companies. They started calling within a week of filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare

The premium for regular individual taxes was top shelf as usual; however the business was a little less user friendly. I was completing a 1041 and a PA-41 for my late mother's estate and I found it to be more difficult to navigate. Since I've never completed this type of return, it was even more difficult I'm sure. Overall, there were a decent amount of help directions and insight, and I will plan to use the same software next year as well. I really prefer the H&R products since they don't include a lot of fluff trying to upsell you, and you can get right into the tax forms and see what's really going on.
Pros: Easy to prepare
