appreciate using hrb, simple. i dislike turbotax, ...would like to see a built in feature that addresses the needs of those have a need to convert ira to roth, maybe those who purchase your software, you are missing oppurtunity

Schedule K-1 required manual data entry of existing information for line 17 code V. It should have been automatically populated. Furthermore, the interview question were very feeble/ literally non existent. Truly sub standard to turbo tax.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely complex year both corporate and individual (example 5 K1 6 1099 (nec,misc,int). I have used H&R for a long long time. Why would I trust anyone else? Good job H&R!

Business file type get errors when try to open

I did not like that I couldn't pay my Arizona state tax through the program. It told me I had to mail the check. Luckily Arizona allows you to pay the tax due on their website. I probably will go back to Turbo Tax next year.
