I called with an issue and while the agent spent a fair amount of time on it, came to the conclusion it was a tax issue, not software. As a CPA I totally disagree.

Too much paper is wasted with the Schedule D worksheets.
Even if want to print just one page of say the 1040 without the accompanying schedules, can't do.
Otherwise do appreciate the Business 1041 return, though not as easy to deal with as the 1040 form

Generally very good user interface this year. There are still some glitches getting to the right place to enter data on the appropriate forms (especially when entering data from a K1 with special codes): the program tells you where to enter the data, however it can be challenging to get to the right place where you can actually enter the data.
