Menus are a bit confusing. It's hard to find what I wanted. For example, where is the saved file, where are my forms, etc.

I've used this product for many years. My federal return works out just fine. My state return however list my income as 3,257,000. The program will not allow you to correct it. None of your agents have been able to correct it. So it's of no use to me even though I paid for it.
