Interview and software is generally good. The 32 bit business application works horribly on Windows 11 and crashes all the time.

This is the 2nd year I bought premium and business via the internet. All I have had was problems. This year it was the schedule C. Very disappointed since I have been a customer for at least twenty years
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not the easiest program to use, but it does the job...eventually. More frustrating is that the file where the info is stored is impossible to find, duplicate, save to another computer!!! What is the deal with this??? Where is my business file???

There are lots of bugs in the app and doesn't hold some of the responses.

The program is not smart enough to handle updates

Long time H&R Block user. I think I am stuck with it but looking for better alternatives. - When making corrections, one has to go back through many pages and start over. Cannot go directly to the specific issue. - When transmitting e-files for the first time, the program stopped after all the inputs and told me to update the software before proceeding. It should have been checked well before transmission. - IP Pin requirements should have been highlighted well with the proper section. I didn't find out until IRS rejected my e-File, then I had to go back through the entire submittal process. Very frustrating. - K-1 filing section is very poor and not helpful. Ya'll need to fix this section. -
