I had an issue with Qualified Charatible Distribution. It was not referenced in the interview and I could not made an entry with the full form. I escalated to case number but you never responded with a resolution. Several weeks later I went back into the software and the interview omission was corrected and I successfully completed my return.

I had the most difficult time with this software. It had too many errors and had to shut down and restart mutiple times. I called for help and was actually told to wait a few days and see if a patch comes out.

The software was not good. I was difficult to navigate, and didn't ask me questions. It seemed to think I knew the tax laws and just needed forms to fill in. For "help" it sent to me the IRS booklet on how to fill out the form. I wasn't able to get either of my Business forms to email -and I had to spend over an hour on the phone to get back into a business return I had started.

Correcting errors is nearly impossible. The print size and color of the entry box are hard to read. After 10 years of use, I will not purchase it again. Very disappointing.
