My neighbor introduced me to the software. He uses it and told me it's easy to use . I tried it and liked it. Really like the e-file . Only took and hour and a half to do both federal and state taxes. Still waiting to see if it all worked.

Good Product, but Business edition needs work.

Good package overall, I would note that the Business edition needs a revamping to better walk you through the steps necessary for each type of filing. I have to prepare some 1099 Misc. and !099 NEC each year and the process is very confusing. I would suggest you get a panel of novice users together and use their comments to work out the bugs.
Also this year your form 1096 which accompanies the Forms 1099 Misc and !099 NEC was not available until almost January 31st. I had to call in and file complaints about the delays twice and both times your help desk told me there were aware of the problem and that your programmers were working on a fix. Since that report is due by January 31st, your program should be tested and fixed by the end of December.

I bought both the business and personal software. The personal has always been wonderful to work with, however the business can be extremely upsetting. I'll go thru and answer all of the questions and then when it's time to file I get errors that have never been asked and are extremely difficult to remove to be able to submit my forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
