Generally, very good tax software that I've used for years. I couldn't electronically file my Arizona return, however, because the tax program didn't include the necessary forms (an AZ 301 form--which was included--but not the accompanying, and required, AZ 310 form).
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cd was easy to install and use. The only problem came during the final review when several changes were required to be made. I do not know why the information was not entered during the initial use. It was the program that requested the changes and the program that did not enter the date correctly during initial use

I bought the business product, but after downloading and installing, the business application wouldn't launch. I called and a rep spent a few hours with me trying to resolve the problem. I was given a case number and told they would call back in 5 business days with a solution. It didn't happen. I finally discovered that it only works if you run as administrator, a simple solution. The personal application performed well. Better instructions for attachments for state filing would be helpful.

Business software keeps crashing. I was not able to download last year's data so i had to completely re-enter all information. The system won't let me save the return or upload the required 8453 form to efile it. Thankfully, I was able to print the return and mail it.
Personal return software is working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
