The Premium software's Business module does not install on Windows 11. Very unhappy, may have to switch to Turbotax next year after using HRBlock for over 20 years!

I really love the fact that it is so much cheaper than Turbo Tax. The premium and Business downloads in 2 separate programs which is a little confusing. It also has a flaw in reporting issues especially with entering your drivers license for NY State. Always comes back that it has an issue even thought it's correct. Also doesn't explain when it does the check and comes up with a concern. Other than that, it works find and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Software itself is really good. Covers everything I needed, guide through the process was straight forward. My only complaint is their website. It kept trying to push me towards the online option. I knew I wanted the software and the business version but it took a bit to find it…

Take awhile to figure out but senior 1040 is OK. However, trust 1041 is a nightmare. This good use a lot of improvement!

I have been using this program for years. Lately I am not liking how smooth it performs. I get glitches where
I can be in the middle of a return and an error message comes up and it shuts down. Also getting back into
previous year sometimes is difficult. I get an error message or it will just freeze.
