Should be a zero. Business program is very poor quality compared to personal program. Twice, I had to start over as I experienced an "unexpected error".

I thought my issue was fixed but it isn’t. Stephanie was great trying to help me. We did the work around, didn’t use interview questions for importing the 1099R. But at the end with the accuracy it was asking for SSA1099. I tried o send it to IRS but they rejected it. There is a glitch in your software

Good program but difficult to maneuver around it. I keep getting the same error from year to year which I have to correct and finding the worksheet causing the error is frustrating there isn't any personal income - not sure why this error keeps reoccurring. Also it doesn't auto save and all my entries were lost and had to be entered. Also an error on my return shows up every year even tho I was told it doesn't need correcting - a block where I was supposed to check yes - all addresses were current - this wasn't listed as a correction which needed to be addressed before filing. Other than the above mentioned issues the program is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The personal tax prep software and e-filing was great. However, the business tax prep and e-filing software is unstable to the point of being almost unusable. The business software kept presenting an error box and closing dozens of times during entry of tax data, requiring data to be re-entered. Once I was able to get all the info in and generate an efile, attachments would upload, then would go missing. I ended up printing the forms and just mailing it. Will never purchase the business software again.
