Screen displays are overwritten by input areas!

First time using Business edition; needed it (or so i thought) do do my company's 1120-S. What a pain. The screen where you have questions, info and inputs like radio buttons and block text fields are MIS-ALIGNED. They are too far down and to the right, so that they obliterate the info that you are supposed to read!!!
If you accidentally gown down the wrong rabbit hole with an interview question and get on a worksheet that you do not want oris not required for your situation, you CANNOT remove that worksheet. The only resource is to START OVER WITH A BLANK FORM. If you override something it is nearly impossible to un-override it.
There seems to be NO WAY to import a K-1 that you just did into the personal side of this product.
If start a business form on one computer - good luck getting it read by the identical program on your spare machine. It won't let you.
The personal side (1040) seems to be like past versions. I'm not finished yet, but this has always been a decent product. It's just too bad that the business module is so TERRIBLE.
Rating therefore is primarily for the business module. When I finish my 1040s for this year I'll rate the personal module separately.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install

No MAC support is annoying

Straight forward and easily prepared and e-filed. However, I have not seen any evidence that my due IRS taxes have been paid via my CCard nor have I RECEIVED ANY DIRECTIONS AS TO HOW TO SEND A CHECK FOR TAXES DUE TO MY STATE.

Greatest Tax Software Ever

I purchased H&R Block Premium at the end of January, Once I received all of my tax documents, it was on! There was an issue downloading the software, which was a Window 10 issue, not H&R Block, but I called the help desk and the problem was resolved immediately. As far as the tax return software is concerned, it is amazing. It walks you through every single step of the way, with tutorials and help tabs on every subject. I had a question that was a tad bit confusing, but I called the help desk, yet again, on a Sunday, mind you, and received an answer with explanation immediately. I not only got my taxes done, I got my taxes WON! This is by far the best software package that I have ever used. I had been a faithful user of the other provider, but I don't see myself ever go back. All I can say is, keep up the great work! Another highly satisfied customer....

Issues with ancillary software installation and a consumer friendly privacy policy

This review is in regard to HR Block’s Deluxe Tax Software
Overall, the software works worked well. However, there are three concerns about the software.
The first concern is relatively minor, and would be an improvement. Specifically, when the customer reaches the screen for “Your Preferred Refund Method”, a clear, third menu line option needs to be added for the purchase of US Savings Bonds with one’s tax refund. Without a clear option listed, I was totally dependent on accidently noticing a small FAQ question in the far right column to figure out how to allocate part of my refund to a bond purchase. Also, for the software help information under-- “How can I purchase U. S. Savings Bonds with my refund?” -- the $5,000 limit information should be added.
My second point is of a far more serious nature. Specifically, when installing the tax software package, HR Block, included without permission a PDF software package named PDF995. The installation of the PDF995 software is also not disclosed in the 14-page End User License Agreement. Given that many users already have PDF read/write software, installation of the PDF995 software should be provided as an option during the installation process. It is very inappropriate to add such a software package to a user’s hard-drive without permission.
My third point is to ask HR Block to take the high road and include in either the installation process, or as a software menu item, the option for consumers to make clear choices about the use of their personal data. Unfortunately, I had to go through the process of hunting down the privacy policy and then work through the various options. Take the high road and include the privacy choice options directly, instead of requiring the consumer to hunt the policy down. Such transparency would enhance the trust a consumer can have in HR Block.

I had an issue with the State charging me twice for efile. ( First time). Don't know how to resolve this matter.
