On the Individual: the interview about IRA RMD falsely calculated I had a penalty. I had to use the Whole Form to get it right. On the Business: 1099 and 1096 were not intuitve causing frustration. I was disappointed I could not file electronically.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product works good. However, I know form my uncle that your PA personal tax software does not correctly handle the PA Tax Exempt income. The PA tax software erroneously adds this PA tax exempt income as taxable income for PA purposes.

Some issues loading but has worked well. Had some issues and fed and state were rejected. I have a lot of pending charges to efile but will see if they go away.
