The software is very affordable, and it allows 5 personal returns. Anything state related requires that you pay and when I had a state return rejected, I had to pay twice to refile the same return. That's not right. The business software takes a long time for all the updates to complete so that you can feel confident that the return is accurate. I've found that it does no good to start a return until after February when doing a business return. That includes S Corp and Partnership. Updates are critical to how the software flows.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Have used for years. Overall works well for my needs. However last few years, unable to import last years business return data to current year return. Seemscto beca flaw in system. Have tried every method recommended. Business backup file does not seem to save in proper format. Have to manually re enter everything for business each year. Personal side works perfectly.
