I have used HR Block for multiple filings each year for multiple years. I found this years 1041 for my son's trust to be unusable and had to seek a CPA for assistance. The regular 1040 was good as usual. It is unlikely I will attempt to do the Trust using HR Block again
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 20 years of use, switching to TurboTax. Amendment was difficult and changing from balance do to direct deposit impossible. Couldn't clear messages to e-file. Had to snail mail return and wait 6 months for my paper refund.
Cons: Hard to prepare
