I have used Premium & Business for the last few years. It fits my needs in that I needed something that handled Schedule C, Investments and Corporate tax returns. It was the only package that meant these needs at a reasonable price. I have used TaxAct in the past and believe that it is more intuitive but is more costly in that I needed to use its professional product to meet my needs.
When I was submitting my E-file the server gateway was down for almost 24 hours. To make matters worse it charged my credit card every time I tried to process it. It was totally unacceptable.
I have used this product for years and this year went to the premium business due to being self employed. My biggesed issue was with the self employment insurance, i never was able to get it to work correctly so ended up just putting my premiums as an itemized deduction.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have purchased this software every year, but I have started noticing things that are not being updated. Particularly with State Tax laws are not quite up to date. The mail to addresses are not up to date. When I reached out for a tax professional connected to the software, I found there is no such person. The "tax professionals" at the brick and mortor stores gave inaccurate advice. I new more about the tax law than they did. I verified my position with the state Department of revenue.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The UI is still designed in year 2000. Hard to find previous year return. Sometimes, even if you saved previous year, hard to import. Why cannot they store a backup that can be imported in 2024?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
