Good, could use improvement for business expenses

Works well overall but it would be nice if it offered to use the government meal and hotel tables for business travelers. Also, it seemed to have removed questions regarding additional business expenses and I had to add them in on the actual form.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

although a state return (MA) was able to be downloaded, it did not allow for the preparation of a return. MA now requires all income tax returns to be efiled, and Tax Cut does not integrate with the state's system. The state provides an alternative method of filing whereby one can take the information from a prepared return and simply enter it into their portal. Because Tax Cut didn't allow for the preparation of a return, I was forced to do the return manually and then enter the data into the MA portal. I don't recommend this software for partnership returns, particularly if one is filing in MA

Not enough e-filing options in the business side

There should be more state e-filing options in the business side of the software, as now a lot of states require that you e-file. Without this option, the software is not complete and therefore I will not be able to use it going forward.
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

H & R Block software is so easy to use. You just answer the interview questions. It's that easy. I have been using it for years and have never had any problems. The software has actually asked me about deductions I could take that I personally had forgotten about.
