Comprehensive, easy to use, and good value for the price. I've been using this product for the last four years, and generally give it high marks. Some of the 'help' articles could use a little work, and occasionally the software leaves me stuck in a loop if it doesn't like a particular number, but the interviews are pretty straight forward and I have no major complaints. It does a pretty good job of importing info/data from the previous year, so that's helpful.
The Federal and state individual returns were easy to do. The Federal partnership return was okay. The Massachusetts partnership return was nonexistent not sure why but I was really po.
I for the most part, like this product. Where my gripe stands is every other version of H&R Block has a comparable Mac version, that is of course EXCEPT this 1 single solitary product.
So in order to use this, I pay for Parallels and Windows so I can use this PC only product. Highly, highly frustrating but I'm left with no other choice.

Business program not as easy to navigate as premium. Many fields won't let you enter data without overriding. If you jump to related same issue. Had to figure out by trial and error which check boxes needed to be checked to eventually add the data.
