Chat support is very poor and does not offer tax advise without paying an additional fee - Very sucky and will be trying a new tax program next year after 15+ years with HRB

Does not work with windows 11. If you upgraded to 11 or bought a new computer you were out of luck. took 10 calls for someone to explain the glitch.

I have used this software for many years and it has always delivered a good result for me. The forms I have prepared include 1099's with accompanying form 1096, W-2's and W-3's, various 1040's, 1120's and numerous 990's including the more difficult 990PF. The state forms are as easy to prepare as most of the federal forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

We have mixed feelings about this package. We have used it for years so we do each year for the history. Overall it is not that great. Lots of confusion with IRA's in particular if you are don't qualify for the entire amount. Also confusing with topics like earned income credit and health insurance. I would look hard at other products.
