It is a well-designed and serviceable product. I occasionally had difficulty getting back to specific issues but I believe that was due to the "dotage factor" rather than a design error in the program.

I buy a number of tax prep software, then compare every year. For the last 4 years H&R Block Premium and Business has done the best job with helping me get the largest Federal and State Return, the Ease of Use and detailed explanations help!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

The CD was Eliminated---download only, corrupt files, had to delete / start over twice!
If this is the only way to complete taxes next year!, I will go elsewhere......real shame, we had it great for years, but they had to cut costs......caused us headaches.....not 2022 !!!!!!

We don’t know why, but our refund was only about half what we expected after using the program to prepare our taxes. We can’t tell what the error was.
