Excellent source for year-after-year use. Was disappointed that they made the prior year's tax returns so difficult to transfer to another machine (would be nice if they published those instructions for ease of doing)

It eventually gets the job done, but can be frustrating at times. Many fields have links to other screens and if you miss one it can be difficult to recover. Not as intuitive as it could be.

Software worked flawlessly, pointed out the deductions that I was entitled to. Filing was very straight forward as well. And of course, with all of the changes due to the pandemic last year, the program was always updating itself to reflect these changes.

Navigation is horrible. Audit checks reveal potential errors, but are extremely vague on where and how to correct the error. You spend more time trying to interpret the program than doing your taxes. Defeats the purpose of doing it yourself; better left to the professionals.

It’s very easy to use and very thorough. The software has all of the forms I needed. You can e-file, or print the forms to paper file. You can also print all your forms and work sheets to pdf
