Only thing it has going for it is the low price

After using TurboTax for many years, I was tempted by the low price for the premium and business package. I found that the business program could not adequately get the data from last year's TT business program, while the Premium did so with minor issues. That was the least of the issues I encountered. I found the program clumsy and non-intuitive, and I consider myself relatively skilled in software usage. There were also many instances where it seemed that the form did not talk to the interview, and the program did not remember settings from previous steps. I could go on and on, but to make a long story short, I will probably go back to TurboTax for 2022.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did not need this particular software. It provide me with a "business" package, that I did not use or had a need for. My business info was put in the 1st software that was downloaded. Is there any way of you refunding me the difference of what I paid for this one and the one just below it?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Personal is Excellent, Business Module is Awful

I've been using H&R/TaxCut for over 20 years. The personal module has always been quick, intuitive, robust, and an excellent value. It gets 5 stars from me. The business module offers a very good price point for its category but it's always been awful - clunky, buggy, primitive interface, and thin on help/cross-reference/drill-down. There's no interviews for the state program so you better know your way through those forms. Weirdly, the personal program runs on Win 7 in sprightly fashion but the archaic business program requires Win 10 and runs like cold molasses. I put up with the business module only because I'm seasoned in its weaknesses. However I'd be furious with its performance if running it for the first time, and I'm stunned that it's never improved over the decades. Block is clearly buying the business package from another entity and putting their brand on it.

I BOUIGHT THIS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. IT IS MENU DRIVEN AND CLEAR IN IT'S DIRECTIONS. YOU FEEL CONFIDENT WHILE USING IT THAT YOU ARE COVERING ALL THE AREAS NEEDED FOR YOUR TAX RETURN. IF YOU FIND YOU HAVE ERRORS OR NEED TO MAKE CORRECTIONS, IT IS EASY TO DO. YOU CAN TAKE THE MENU DRIVEN STEPS THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR YOU CAN JUMP AROUND TO AREAS WHERE YOU NEED TO DO WORK.

Very complicated

It's far too complicated. Had to do three runs to get it right. Difficult to clear up errors. Some items requested were not explained well.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Easy step by step instructions

I have used their software now for 30 years for both home and business. This year I called them for help for deductions on a real estate sale. They took my number and called back in about an hour and walked me through the question. It was very helpful.

Very Poor Quality and Not user-friendly

I have used for the past decade, and I feel the product has deteriorated in quality while charging more each year. The software is full of holes and does not contain answers to questions, no context-sensitive guidance and absolute land mines throughout !!!

missing form 8862

irs rejected my return several times because form 8862 was not produced to send to irs even though it was checked each time the eic credit was on the paper work transmitted. epic fail.I have been using your program for many yeARS AND THIS IS FIRST TIME Such a Failure way overpriced also Yes I am Mad
