I like the fact that there was no significant up selling, just a little. I bought the premium plus business because I needed a schedule C. I think the premium alone would have done it. You need to know something about taxes to navigate this product, it is not idiot proof. Good records help also. Let’s see how things proceed audit wise before a 5th star is awarded. Helps if you had last years return in front of you.

I bought the premium and small business and had to call to get the small business to load. Getting past the robot was a hassle and took several tries and 20 minutes

I've used HRBlock tax software for many years, since it was first introduced as "TaxCut", but this is the second year in a row now that I've been disappointed. Links that should offer a simple definition of a tax term instead take you online to search. And HRBlock tech support/customer service is not readily available. Maybe it's time to reconsider other options.

Have used the software for 12 years. My only complaint is installation issues on occasion and I do not like the limit to e-file (even when paying). Still very good software and I would not recommend changing back and forth.

Business resulted in error and was not usable on my windows 10 pro computer after multiple attempts to update. I needed to install it on a windows 10 home computer and the update didnt start working until march. The home edition worked fine
