Will not use next year. This year was horrible. Business and premium versions are separate. Premium used ronincluse just a simple schedule c but looks like you e separated the products. Business wouldn’t import last year info. The cost was not worth it. When I tried to get support that was useless. Couldn’t even call much less chat or email.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used for a couple years now and it is fairly easy to use, but publications aren’t incorporated and there are several things you have to figure out on your own. Not nearly as easy to use as online options, but this is much less expensive.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Software is fine, could use a little fine tuning. It should and has gotten better every year.
Customer Service @ 800 number - not so much. 1- They don't know where the real glitches are. 2- They only know the errors they commonly see. 3- I had a real problem with a real solution which they couldn't see. They kept just telling me to read the IRS Pub 590. My problem had a SOFTWARE solution, not a tax policy solution.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

I've used it for years with no problems. The guided entries were more helpful for readily/quickly finding information rather than sending me to IRS publications to find it myself and carried forward more entries from previous years to accept or reject, but I'm used to it. I've never used any other tax prep programs. I like this one because it covers S Corps and personal as well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I love the software but when I tried to load a 2nd version to help others in my family, it would not allow me to delete it or transmit so I essentially wasted the cost of the 2nd purchase.
