OK but seemed to have some issues.

Seems like I should not have to search previous year tax return to for required infomation when I have aleady imported the last year data.
I lost a lot of day when the program crashed will printing a PDF rigt befor supmitting to the IRS. I had not saved in a while and and had to redo a large portion. It would be nice to have a remider to save data. The issues check seemed alitle buggy also.

couldn't even download without contacting the company and getting a "new, one time use" code, clearing and and all blockers (ads) and after that the program was a pain.

The business software is very cumbersome. I think you have to be a CPA to understand what it is asking. guidance is very limited for the average person.
Pros: Fast

Interview process is quite confusing. It should be in same order as that of forms, to make it easy to follow. The product is not for beginners. Otherwise, it is good product.
