I've used this since it was TaxCut. Seamless importing of data. Reasonable Q+A walk through to complete your returns. On-line help is limited to full feature purchase.

I had previously used the other online tax program but switched a few years ago as the H & R Block program is much easier to use and understand. They also make it very user friendly to get additional information or direction.

I was surprised that your software does not allow efile for the California tax return for the reason of business loss. TurboTax and Taxact I used before do not have this issue. Hope for the tax year 2925, this will be changed.
