Had too many problem getting information into software and my e-regristration to IRS was reject four times and needed to mail it. Ny eyesight was a problem with the small print of the program and I could not increase it to a larger size. Very happy with the experience. Next time back to Turbo Tax or a tax accountant to ease my struggle with it.

Lacks clear details/ procedure on how to eFile if you filed with an extension the prior year. Especially strange because I used HRB the prior year: shouldn't the app already recognize that given prior year returns data was imported??

The same bugs as last year. Your import program does not read etrade options sales correctly. Specifically it does not transfer zero from the cost basis field, it leaves it blank. I know that etrade puts a zero in there, because I compared with the 1099B pdf I downloaded. What happens is that the Block final check expects 0 but finds blank because of the download problem and I have to manually go in and change all of the many options trades. A Real Pain.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Been using tax cut since 90s. Now have fairly complex tax returns that it manages with aplomb. But, some data fields like drivers license info still does not pass on to state returns requiring reentry. A few tasks require flipping back and forth between form view and interview tabs
