Been using h&r bock sw for last several years and it continues to get worse on errors and ease of use.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the software for a long time and I have different issues each year. Overall, as a retired CPA, I can deal with it because I know what the schedules should look like. Granted, the troublesome schedules seem to vary from one year to the next, but at least they are some of the lesser used ones.
