Your product has gotten worse. Previous years I was able to download my last year’s return useful information into the latest year’s return. This 2024 year, I wasn’t able to grab much of the useful data from the previous year’s return

I was trying to find how or where I could go to have help with RMD's. I was passed to 3 different people and the last 2 said I needed to pay for help, and I bought the wrong program. I been with you for years and no help could be found. I even tried a more expensive program. No one was helpful and it took almost 2 hours to be told that.

The submitting worked as it should this year but my NY return got rejected because there were two copies of form IT112R submitted. I wasn't able to resubmit it after deleting the extra copy until my second state return was accepted. That seemed like a glitch to me. I was having flashbacks...

I have been using this software for several years. It is easy to use and well laid out. Much better since they incorporate direct input form financial institutions.
