The step by step is helpful and pulling in last year's information makes it quicker. For some reason, the HSA pre populates with the spouses also contributing so it generates a tax on over contribution (which is not common)

Good product if your taxes are not too complicated

It does a fairly good job of asking questions but severely lacks in answering mine. The "more info" rarely explains adequately. That is my main complaint. Also, when I review my documents there are things in there I simply do not understand where the information was obtained from and just have to pray it is correct. I have done my own taxes my entire life, worked for a season at H&R Block, and still don't understand. Better explanations would be helpful.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Had to correct some scanned pages 2 times to get all the system to agree it was fixed.
I like the auto double-check features.
But seriously can't the software remember my home address I entered at the beginning, and provide a click option instead of making me type it, and only then prompting me with a corrected address prompt. Kinda lame.
Love it or hate it, software for taxes is about required these days, gotta have it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
