This product is very much lacking in explaining minor details for South Carolina state returns. It needs to do a better job of explaining or giving some examples of professions that are related to "personal services". I own a small business and was about to pay $1000 more in tax due to this software's lack of explaining personal services. I had to do extensive research to determine that personal services did not apply to my small business thus saving myself $1000 when, at the end of the day, I was relying upon this software to explain this ins ome detail.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this software but it does not allow me to file taxes in two state electronically since my W2 in box 16 shows zero income from that state but taxes have been withheld. This is a problem that has been acknowledged by the company. I am not sure why this is not fixed since other softwares allow this inspite for other people with situations similar to mine.
