Have been using the app for many years. Every time I purchase the next version, it asks for a coupon code and often references coupon for previous purchases. Haven't see a previous user discount coupon in several years. Why ask for a coupon if you don't issue them? Otherwise, the app is pretty easy to use. Some of the "errors" become a challenge to clear and some "information" notices (not problems but something you should review) can cause frustration to clear so you can advance to actually filing your taxes.

I've been using this software for many years, since it was called TaxCut. I have compared it with other programs, and it is always the easiest and produces the best results.

your constant advertising for PDF 995 or whatever it was, was time consuming and annoying. Get it off the screen.

I have used HR Block Premium for years but was disappointed in a few material features and lack of explanations this year --- notably refinanced mortgage interest and 403b/401k limits. Shortfalls like this make the program risky if you have a somewhat complex return that Premium is supposed to handle and do not have a tax background

Overall, very helpful for the self-employed. I’ve used this software for several years. Some of the data checks that take you to the relevant IRS forms are confusing. Also, when you try to review a specific itemized list, all the lists appear and since they’re not identified clearly, you need to keep clicking on each to find the one you need - the software should take you to the correct list.
