I am not convinced that the product did my state return correctly. Moreover, it would have been nice to be reminded what Medicare Part D is.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Too many flaws in the software that I had to find workarounds for. I buy software to make it easy for me to do taxes. Many of your items were as difficult to understand as the IRS publications - that really defeats the purpose. I will not buy your software again
