A nightmare to work with HR Block to try to clarify and resolve several errors in the software. I gave up after 3 hours on the phone. There's no way to escalate to someone with knowledge and who cares. In the end I had to override the software after researching how it should work to get a correct return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
