Confusing, UNPROFESSIONAL, DID NOT GET FREE FILING

Unlike 2023, the 2024 software is needlessly confusing and lacks consistent logical order of questions.
I am a financial professional and was confused to the point of having ten issues to deal with after the pre-file review. One I never did figure out what was supposedly wrong. One was RMD's. The question about how much I had to take was in one section. The question of how much I took was in another section with Inherited IRA's and was not clear as to what "other" distributions I took for 2024.

ALSO, YOU ENDED UP CHARGING ME FOR WHAT WAS ONLY MY SECOND FED FILING. I HAVE NO IDEA AT WHAT POINT YOU CONSIDERED A FILING MADE, BUT AFTER MULTIPLE EFFORTS TO CLEAR THE REVIEW QUESTIONS, YOU TOLD ME MY FREE FILINGS WERE USED UP, EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT YET FILED THIS RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T THINK YOU CAN COUNT ON ME AS A USER NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using turbotax to file my return for many years. Now the price has gotten too high that I decided to switch to use a similar product that does not charge as much.

I have purchased H&R Block software for many years, but this year the program became corrupted somehow and was unable to perform updates, which meant it wouldn't allow me to use it for the State portion. I called twice but no solution. There needs to be an override of updates in order to continue or some other way to build the software so this is not an issue.
