Printing issues ruin an otherwise fine product

Filed my taxes but still can't print or save my return for my records. After googling for solutions, this appears to be a years-long problem with this product. Can't say I'll return next year if it can't perform this basic funtion.

Thorough and accurate tax calculation. Import data from prior year needlessly lacking creating more user input. But overall very good. Will use again next year. Hope they upgrade or fix data import.

Very practical and easy to use for most tax issues

Pros: Really easy to use for most cases. Straightforward, step-by-step process to file taxes. Imports previous year taxes and 1099s from most major providers without having to type numbers in.
Cons: Really should have better handling to figure out whether filing separately or together would be better. The check page is just an estimate. You pretty much have to do both kinds of returns. And you can't have two instances of the program open at once, so copying info from one to the other is a pain. Also, if you just got married, merging carried items, like capital loss carryover is a pain.
