There are some flaws in the program, especially during the verification process. Although some of these issues don’t keep you from filing your claim it’s annoying to continue to get the same message over and over when there’re no problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

This was my first time ever doing taxes and the software helped immensely. The one improvement I suggest is the ability to print out fewer pages as needed on an interim basis ( for example, the Summary Sheets).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
