For the last several years, (more than 5), Mississippi Form 80-107 continues to cause "final check" errors. It requires a manual input of the Payer ID rather than inputting it with the other Taxable Interest and Ordinary Dividends info for during the interview. Why don't you fix this?

In general, the software is very good and I was able to pt my return together fairly easily.
A couple of areas where I had to really think, but believe I figured out what to do.

Not happy with the product. I was duped into upgrading the subscription. K-1 processing was not a good experience

Intuitive. Catches errors or "gotcha's" effectively before submission. Having been a longtime user, the instructions were easy for me. But a little bit better on-boarding experience might help for entirely new users to H&R Block. Usually that can be an upfront questionnaire that asks the basic "What was your XYZ situation last year", e.g. "What was your retirement situation", "What was your medical situation", "What was your housing situation" ... etc. It would make users more confident to cover everything prior to filling the official sections out.
