I have been using TurboTax for years. I decided to try HR Block software only because TurboTax does not support my Catalina Os Mac software. Your program does and is as good as Intuits program. Note: keep your software backward compatible or you will lose me as well. I don’t want to buy a new Apple Mac every few years just to be able to use desktop tax software and, due to privacy concerns, cloud based tax software is not desirable.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve used H&R software for 30 years. It was called Tax Cut when I started using it. I usually do my taxes and a couple of family members. It works very well and I’ve seldom had any issues.

Bought last November. Prepared own taxes and four others for friends and family. Nice to have the five free efilings, wish cost of state returns was less. Found error in help notes—had business standard mileage rate for 2023 (62.5) not 2024s. Schedule C calcs had it right. There is some difficulty finding the correct place to correction previous entries. Sometimes programmers lose sight of the users in their search for efficiency.

I have used your product for years but this year, your business software wants to add penalty to RMD that was paid in full. call for help wasn NEVER RETURNED. Assign Virtual assistant is no Help, just a huge annoyance that asks the same cquestions over and over again. I my swich to Turbo next year.
