Always missing something

Bought Premium and still can't do my return correctly
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great instructions, well designed input format, easy to use. One problem, updates...should inform user whether updates may change your return or if it is ok to file. After one update, there is always another...a question whether its ok to file. Otherwise, a great product!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

This is the fourth year that I have used the H&R Block Federal and State tax preparation software. I like the idea that updates are done on time and are extremely easy to do. Whenever I have a question, it's easy to view the explanation which is written so that one does not have to be a CPA to understand it. The very best thing is the confidence one has that when the final submission is ready, you get a message that says your filing is error-free and if audited, H&R Block will help settle all audit questions. Pure confidence!!

Great Assistance With the New Tax Forms

This is my eighth year using H&R Block Tax Software. I have found it to be superior to TurboTax and MUCH easier to follow along the process of creating a tax return.

ease of use, preload of previous years data, ease of filing are postitives; company has taken away some nice features such as comparison year to year (use to be 4 years review at one time), I found this very helpful. This year they put on stipulations for the number of updates they will provide and they end before the filing season.....this is not customer friendly. HR Block needs to add more features to maintain their competitive advantage otherwise why keep using them
