Most of the forms have good support and help, but many forms are missing the details. Every form you are asking me to fill in should have some detailed explanation on the bottom left like you have for most forms.
Otherwise, this software has been very helpful and made it very easy to do the tax filing even with complicated forms and processes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

App folded, wrong screens, but able to succeed

It worked, but only because I knew what I was doing. It up and folded, twice (app died). Financial Institution and Employer Import process was full of bugs, showing totally incorrect screens at times. Really confused me. Of all the years I have used this software, this one was horrible. I even made sure to have the latest updates before getting to it. I am approaching 60, and have been mostly a C++ developer throughout my career. Trust me, you need to do better next year.
BTW, this Review is even more stupid. I MUST put in a Nickname, but everything I come up with is already taken. Can't it auto-generate something. How junior. I swear.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
