I like that information can be imported from past years, as can 1099s from a wide assortment of brokerage houses and W2s. It simplifies the work a lot. The reason I rated the product 4 stars out of 5 is that my husband had distributions from an inherited IRA and I had distributions from a non-inherited IRA and the software asked me again and again to go back and check the form related to that. There didn't seem any way for me to stop it asking. Also, there was some confusion about a Roth conversion.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had used H&R Block for over 10 years. It is reliable and get the job done. No problem except that in the desktop version, there is no easy way to change the font size for the interview questions and the forms. What a waste for my 32" monitor.

Although I've used this product over the years and gave me great satisfaction this year it would appear that I found glitches in the software. I hade to reinstall it several times. To be honest I don't know if its the program or my computer. My computer was purchased and built prior to 2019.
