The software itself is fine, however, finding the software on your website was very difficult. I would think most people would presume you only do online returns by visiting your website. I persisted for quite a while before finding the downloadable software.

definitely disappointed with the software...waste of money since I still have to file paperwork since your software does not have forms required or able to process a form with "inconsistency" (i.e. cannot e-file with more than two care providers if one of them is your employer" stated in accuracy check)

I purchased the Premium version in early January and was unable to complete my taxes until February 14th due to waiting for ongoing H & R updates with the standard mileage section for my business.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
