I have been using H&R Block software for the last 13 years. This year and last year I couldn't get my previous year to load into the new software. Each time, I had to print out the old years copy and use the figures to start the current years return. Also, previous years I could put ssn number and employer number in and get my w2 in the program. This year, I had to take a picture and upload also other div and int forms had to be entered line by line. At the end, I saved a copy and went through everything to send the return to federal and state and it wouldn't do it. Finally after trying to send it multiple times, it finally went through even though nothing had been changed. This was the worst year using your program. It was much easier years before.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
