The user interface is easy to use but unfortunately I have to give this product a low score. I met up with a nasty software bug on both this year and last years return. The program will not allow you to input quarterly tax payments into the state return. You have go back to your federal, select itemize then go back through both returns. Finally, you have to return back to the Federal and re-select standard deduction (if you need it). This is ridiculous. There is no help online that got me the answer, I had to figure it out myself. This is unacceptable from a company that has done so well with their product over the years. It assumes to much within the questionnaire / wizard.

It takes care of my tax needs, and this year it can also directly import information from Apex clearing house, for my Webull transactions. I think the product still needs to be more clear about inputting crypto transactions. I've used this product for three years now and I know how to use the forms and where to find them but using it the first time was tough to learn how to enter crypto transactions.
