It's easy to use, asks the right questions, and files my returns reliably. Best of all -- unlike that other provider, it just works without loading me down with expensive options. Took off a star simply because _all_ the tax prep companies lobby for complex tax codes to keep themselves in business.

Poorly designed section on 1099-R and RMD penalty calculation led to much wasted time and unneeded effort. Overall guidance used to be best in class. Time to check out Turbo Tax for next year's tax prep
