I have been using HR Block tax preparation software for over 20 years and each year it's been an improvement. This year I also used free Tax USA online version as well for comparison but got more savings from HRB. I like the GUI, that has a consistent look and feel. If there is something to further improve, I would suggest either AI based or experience-based prompts throughout the software to highlight checkboxes/options to review carefully for further savings targeted to income brackets.

It has been approved then last year. Some time it still has skips of interview.

I thought this was fairly easy to use and quickly navigated my taxes. Ended up needing to pay a bunching Federal Taxes and still need to figure out the withholding amounts. N
