Lots of gliches in the software for 2024

the program didn't flow well compared to past years. I had to use 'GO TO' toooo many times to find my place again, or find something I knew it skipped for no apparent reason :(.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regarding the Download product: some of the questions and explanations are really convoluted. And You should be able to get help from the help topic without being connected to the internet (which is a disadvantage compared to your competitors). Overall it needs to be more used friendly.
