poor construction of input section on Required Minimum Distribution - data input was confusing and took multiple trial and error passes to clear a calculated penalty when there was none since the distribution exactly equaled the RMD
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy H&R Block tax software. I have used H&R Block tax software for 5 years. I wish the Identity Protection Personal Identification Number IP PIN was a general profile question.

Product purchased on line was different from last years as I had to work with it a little more to import file, save file in the 2024 program, etc. not sure what the issues were, but it worked out in the end, jsut not as easy as previous years.

Had to reload federal. It disappeared when I tried to start state. Cannot get any of the income info to open. My return reads 10 times what it should be. Called for help, rep couldn't handle it. Waiting for a call to address the given case number.
