I downloaded the Deluxe software. I live in West Virginia and this year efile for WV is not available due to a new form added to the WV return. I requested a ticket be placed to fix this glitch; however, that has not been done. This is a real inconvenience. I have used this software for many years and regret that e-file is not available.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block software for over several decades. If it failed to meet my needs I would not keep bying the Tax programs. I perticularly like the estimate of a IRS audit rating and the promice of assistance if I am auddited. About 50 years ago I was audited and at considerable expence compleatly won my case. The following year I was audited again for claiming a deduction of my audit expences and again compleatly won. Using H&R Block software releives me of worries of lost upaid for time defending against an audit and the stress and worry it causes.
